Day 35- #90daysofblogging

Today is the day after my birthday and I had a nice day.  We didn't do anything,  but chill and relax.
I did get a Windows Tablet PC and I ordered a new phone, should be delivered sometime today.  It's called the Galaxy Prevail. The tablet is by windows, its not the best.. but it allows me to get online.. without always being on my phone and it allows me to do better and keep up with my blog post.  ::crossing fingers::  I also got a big load of  laser cut chippies from Gina's Designs to create with. It wasn't a birthday present. but it was a great to receive it on my birthday,

Today WE.. My mom, Aunt Pat, Brook and myself are going out. We are going to Elgin's Lady Victoria Casino... for LUNCH!   I have Brook, so no gambling for me!  It won't be overly crowded and Brook can have all the pizza she wants and stuff.  She will enjoy it I hope.  I will enjoy watching her.  Anyway, better be off, we have a ways to drive and we are all hungry.

Don't forget to say hi to my friends, doing the #90daysofblogging too

Day 34- #90daysofblogging

Hey  To see my finished project you can go here!  This is how I used laser cut chippies from  Gina's Designs to make a cute and simple card for HELMAR !

Here I added Gesso to outer linear work on my Gina's Designs chipboard
More gesso on ballooons and base for presents
Here i added DMC Gelatos. I moved the color with my finger
First painted the presents with Some Deco Art lamour Dust Ultra Fine Glitter
paint.  Then I applied DMC Gelatos with my finger for more shadow.

Here I am added more color to the chipboard with DMC Pitt Pens.
The chipboard loves the color and I love to color the chipboard

Brooks Birthday Card.. not too much.. but Brook

This is just a Birthday card I made for my daughter's 9th birthday.  Her name is Brook.  She could actually care less about the card.. but she likes things that move.. so I used a wobble to add dimension and movement to my stamped image by Art Impression Stamp Company.  I could never get tired of using their stamps!!  They make me smile.. each and every time!!  I also decided to use construct a four drawer easel card I found here, on YouTube, from LiveLoveScrap.  Decided I wanted to use my own lettering instead of a stamp, and thanks to Sunday's with Sandee and Joanne Sharpe's book, The Art of Whimsical Lettering,  that you can pick up here at Frosted Designs... I think I pulled it altogether with additional help from Helmar's glue, Prima flowers, and Shoebox papers.. :)

I choose to dance, because she is forever dancing and that's one of her favorite poses.. lol  She also likes Dancing with the Stars.  Neither of us dance because we are wonderful at it, but we do, do it.. because it makes us happy.  My daughter also has a thing for sunglasses, in the drawers.. I put small pieces of chocolates for her to enjoy at her leisure.  Any who.. thanks for looking!
